By purchasing ClickN KIDS Products you are consenting to the following terms of use.

Parental Consent

I certify that I am over the age of 18 and if any users of ClickN KIDS are under the age of 18 I certify that I am the parent or legal guardian of the child that I am registering to use ClickN KIDS.

"Performance Data" are the clicks that are transmitted over the Internet while completing a ClickN KIDS lesson. ClickN KIDS will collect Performance Data to track your child's performance to provide the reporting features of ClickN KIDS programs that are available to you in the member area after login.

Except as provided under special promotional opportunities, such as a free trial, you agree to pay all applicable fees for ClickN KIDS. If payment cannot be charged to your credit card or your charge is returned to ClickN KIDS for any reason ClickN KIDS reserves the right to either suspend or terminate your access and account.

At any time during the first 30 days after purchasing the product you may call or send us an email to request a refund. ClickN KIDS will promptly process a refund of 100% of the payments you have made, No Questions Asked!

The software applications that provide ClickN KIDS are proprietary to ClickN KIDS, Inc. and protected by intellectual property rights. You are not entitled to copy the ClickN KIDS Software. In addition, you may not give third parties access to the ClickN KIDS, or modify, reverse engineer, decompile, or disassemble the ClickN KIDS Software.

All right, title and interest, including all copyrights, patents, trademarks, trade secrets and all other proprietary and intellectual property rights in existence now or arising in the future in and to ClickN KIDS, Inc. and the ClickN KIDS Software shall remain in ClickN KIDS and you shall not acquire any interest therein.

Disclaimer Regarding Specific Results

ClickN KIDS is a tool to assist your child in learning to read and spell. Because every child learns differently ClickN KIDS, Inc. cannot guarantee particular results from your child's use of ClickN KIDS. For best results, we recommend that you and your child follow the instructions and guidelines for completing the entire ClickN KIDS programs.

Disclaimer Regarding Internet Service

The flow of information over the internet is controlled by third party internet service providers over whom ClickN KIDS has no control. ClickN KIDS. does not represent and warrant that access to and use of ClickN KIDS will not be interrupted due to disruptions in your internet service.

Limitation of Liability

In no event shall ClickN KIDS be liable to you for any consequential, indirect, special, incidental or punitive damages, arising out of this agreement or the use or inability to use ClickN KIDS. In no event shall ClickN KIDS aggregate liability to you for damages under this agreement exceed an amount equal to the fees you have paid to ClickN KIDS under this agreement.
